This part is a replacement control panel pushbutton assembly for the cleanup cycle Hot Spring spas. Crafted in grey to match your hot tub.

NOTE: The thermostat control knob must be fully seated for the lock to engage.

NOTE: In early models, the light control knob must be turned all the way off to engage the lock. The locking of the light control knob was discontinued.

Removal

Unlock the control panel.
Turn the temperature and light knobs to the off position (counterclockwise).
Remove the two phillips head screws securing the control panel to the skirting.
Pull the control panel forward off the D-shaft drivers.
Remove the two D-shaft drivers.

CONTROL PANEL INSTALLATION

Place the D-shaft drivers onto the thermostat and light switch shafts.
Turn the both shafts to the off position (counterclockwise).
Ensure that the knobs of the control panel are still in the off position.
Install the control panel onto the D-shaft drivers.
Install the two phillips head screws securing the control panel to the skirting.
