1995/1996 Hot Spring Sovereign Model I is indicated by the letter in the serial number. for example.
Serial Number I-352015 the serial number would read I is model 3 third quarter 5 year(1995) and 2015 is the unit number made.
Serial Number I-362015 the serial number would read I is model 3 third quarter 6 year(1996) and 2015 is the unit number made.
230V Models are Model IH and only difference was a longer 220v cartridge heater which has been replaced with a retrofit 73790 and plumbing kit 71557
