I will be showing you how to flash software on an IQ 2020 eagle control box. With only a few steps, you will soon have all the new features added to your Hot Spring hot tub!

Formatting USB:

1. Plug your USB drive into your computer.
2. Once you see the USB pop up on your screen, right click on the drive.
3. Then click format.
4. Click start and then OK.
5. Once it is done, hit OK one more time.
6. Close the window and then reopen the drive.
7. Drag and drop the file onto the desktop.
8. Right click the drive and hit eject.

Installation:

1. Remove the front panel on your hot tub.
2. Power off the tub.
3. Take off the control box cover by removing the screws.
4. You will see a USB enter slot on the right in the control box, plug your USB in.
5. Once plugged in, power on your breakers.
6. Once the flashing light is steady green, you will turn off the breakers.
7. Remove the USB drive and power back on your breakers.
8. Once the light is steady green again, the update is complete.
9. Screw back on the control box cover and slide the panel back on the tub.
